3. Service Usage

Our Services generate AI-powered content based on your inputs. While we strive to provide high-quality content, we cannot guarantee that the content will be error-free or that it will achieve specific SEO rankings. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the generated content before publishing it.

You agree not to use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To transmit any malware, spyware, or other malicious code

4. Subscription and Payments

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription plan. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to scrape, data mine, or extract data from our Services.

In no event shall WriteFast, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
